As part of a new, proactive SDR team, you will be instrumental in transforming GCX’s sales approach. You’ll identify and qualify leads, engage prospective clients, and generate high-quality appointments for the sales team. This role comes with a clear path to progression into senior sales positions and is ideal for ambitious individuals with strong multilingual capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Proactive Prospecting: Research and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, CRM tools, and event networking.
- Outbound Cadence: Execute structured outreach through calls, emails, and social techniques to book qualified meetings.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects to ensure alignment with GCX’s solutions.
- AI-Enhanced Tools: Leverage AI-powered tools for lead identification, data enrichment, personalisation, and performance analysis.
- Pipeline Development: Build a robust pipeline for both immediate revenue goals and long-term growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion optimization.
Looking For
- Fluent in English, plus Asian language (preferred) for the respective roles.
- Proven or demonstrated interest in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient and motivated to exceed KPIs.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
