Responsibilities:

• Manage application release and deployment activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Onboarding, Leads, and Lending applications.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute application deployments across environments.

• Support release management processes and deployment governance.

• Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams for successful releases.

• Perform deployment validations and post-release verification activities.

• Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution activities.

• Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and change records.

• Support environment management and application configuration activities.

• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Ensure compliance with release standards and deployment best practices.

Mandatory Skills Description

:• 3-5 years of experience in Release Management, Deployment vEngineering, DevOps, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 development

.• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Onboarding, Leads, Lending modules) OR DevOps deployment experience

.• Experience managing application releases and deployments

.• Experience working with Microsoft platforms and SQL Server

.• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

.• Experience with change management and release governance processes

.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

.• Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance, and planning support and services. They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising, and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches.

The client has more than 80 years of history in the banking industry and is expanding its footprint in Malaysia.You will be working in a newly set-up technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.
