岗位职责
Holder of High Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building Studies.
Experienced in preparing tenders and quotations.
Able to prepare Bills of Quantities.
Capable to prepare variation order and claims.
Must process knowledge of materials cost and labour cost.
At least 2 years related working experience.
Able to handle simple AutoCAD is preferred.
Previous working experience in a fitting out contractor is essential.
Monday – Friday : 09:00 – 18:00
