Position: Recruiter

Employment Type: Perm

Location: Level 3, KL Gateway Mall, No. 2, Jalan Kerinchi, KL

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)

Working Hours in MY time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are a recruitment agency supporting hiring for small, medium, and large enterprise clients across Malaysia, covering industries such as software, banking, technology, insurance, and more. As a Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring while supporting multiple clients, handling job postings, and ensuring a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, onboarding, renewals, offboarding)
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on diverse client requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, hiring managers, and stakeholders to meet hiring targets
• Manage job postings and proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Ensure onboarding compliance, including background checks and documentation
• Provide regular updates and ensure smooth recruitment processes across multiple roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or contracting preferred)
• Experience handling multiple roles or clients is an advantage
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment
