Job description Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, issue, and process invoices accurately and timely
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Perform data entry into accounting system
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing
- Support general administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
