Customer Service Executive (Inbound Call Centre)

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Rotational Shifts (Latest 8pm) | 5 Working Days per Week

Are you passionate about helping people and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional phone support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Identify customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Assist customers with product and service-related inquiries.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, STPM, or Certificate qualification.
• SPM candidates must have credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematics.
• At least 1 year of customer service, call centre, helpdesk, or related experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask.
• FIMM-certified candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Schedule

• 5 working days per week with 2 rotational off days
• Rotational shifts:
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekend and Public Holiday work required based on roster
