Main duties and responsibilities

The function of the Production Operators / Technician / Machinists shall include, but not limited to the following:-

1. Carry out assigned job tasks and duties as stipulated by supervisors. 2. Discipline and 5S housekeeping. 3. Quality and TPM participation.

Specific responsibilities

1. Product produced in time, in required quality in the lowest cost possible with

no waste and variations.

2. Machine and workstation maintained in good 5S.

3. Completed records and historical data keeping of activities.

4. Safe and healthy operations.

5. Continuous Improvement Projects

• Engage in improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen.

Preferred Field of Study

• Mechanical Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Automotive Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering (optional, if automation is involved)
