Mother & Child is looking for a warm, organised and dependable Client Experience Executive to join our front desk team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and is looking for a meaningful long-term part-time position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and families to the centre
- Managing appointments, class bookings and payments
- Responding to phone, email and WhatsApp enquiries
- Supporting the smooth running of classes and consultations
- Preparing consultation rooms and ensuring shared spaces remain tidy and welcoming
- Assisting with administrative tasks and data entry
- Working closely with our educators and healthcare professionals to provide an excellent client experience
Work Schedule
- 3-4 days per week
- Some Saturday availability is required
- Typical working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional and people-oriented
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Reliable and willing to work collaboratively as part of a small team
- Able to take initiative and help where needed during busy periods
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception or healthcare settings is an advantage
