Support the company’s product development and ERP system operations. Ensure new designs, product data and system information are accurate, updated and well-coordinated between R&D and factory production.

Key Responsibilities

R&D (Research & Development)

• Assist in new product development and improvements.
• Prepare technical drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), specifications and product data.
• Work with production, QC and suppliers to solve design or material issues.
• Maintain product documentation and version control.

ERP System

• Create and update product master data, BOM, routing and costing in ERP system.
• Ensure data accuracy for production planning, purchasing and inventory.
• Support users in ERP-related issues and coordinate with IT/vendor for troubleshooting.
• Generate basic reports from ERP (production status, costing, material usage).
• Monitor system workflow to ensure smooth operation between departments.
