Job Summary
The Front Office Assistant is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the smooth daily functioning of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
- Support front desk operations including billing and payment processing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist in daily reporting and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in front office or customer service.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with professional appearance and attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel systems/PMS is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
