We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our aftersales operations and drive service excellence across our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and KPIs
- Lead, coach, and develop the service team
- Manage warranty, parts coordination and service processes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of workshop operations and aftersales processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
