Comprehensive Professional Competency: Proficiency in key HR Generalist areas, including:
Recruitment (End-to-end): Sourcing, screening, and headhunting talent.
Administration & Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Managing employee records, timekeeping, payroll, and insurance schemes (Crucial: Knowledge of Malaysian statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS is mandatory).
Internal Relations & Employee Relations (ER): Building and maintaining positive labor relations, and organizing internal engagement activities.
