Key Responsibilities
- Full operation coverage on AVI tool support, including Level 1.5 debugging and vision system troubleshooting.
- Supporting lab operations through shift-based scheduling to ensure 24x7 coverage.
- Responding to requests within 20 minutes via email, Microsoft Teams, or Redphone.
- Conducting routine preventive maintenance (PM) and basic corrective maintenance on AVI equipment, including optics, lighting, and handler mechanisms.
- Monitoring equipment performance, logging abnormalities (such as false call rates or vision alignment errors), and escalating critical issues when necessary.
- Maintaining calibration tools, jigs, and accessories in proper working condition.
- Ensuring compliance with ESD, safety, and lab operational protocols.
Requirements
- SKM or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Prefer individuals who have experience in AVI. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work in shift-based scheduling.
- Self-disciplined, proactive, and detail oriented.
