Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative duties, including ordering supplies, managing appointment schedules, and answering phone calls.
Set up therapy rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use.
Record client responses to treatments and keep their files up to date.
Perform basic treatments as directed by therapists or medical staff.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing equipment, changing linens, and tidying therapy areas.
Act as a liaison between clients, therapists, and other departments.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is beneficial.
Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
High attention to detail with a compassionate and caring attitude.
Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the role.
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
