Perform fault isolation and identify the root causes of electronic component or PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) failures.
Conduct rigorous tests on products under development or production, analyzing the results and logging detailed technical reports.
Assist engineers in implementing engineering changes (ECNs), executing Design of Experiments (DOEs), and validating new tools or materials.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing and design teams to prevent defects, optimize production processes, and enhance overall line yields.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain diagnostic, testing, and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, PCBA debugging, or failure analysis.
Strong proficiency with testing instruments (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes), excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to read electronic schematics and repair manuals.
