We are looking for HR Admin to manages day-to-day human resources operations, maintaining employee records, employee queries and supporting recruitment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Records & Data Management: Maintain digital and physical employee records, including personal files, contracts and attendance.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including policies, benefits and leave.
• Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation and timesheet management & payroll calculation.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and prepare HR documents.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or any field related to HR.
• Preferred at least have one year experience in HR field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
