Role Overview
The Order Processing & Sales Coordinator plays a dual-function role supporting both the sales cycle and order fulfilment process. This position ensures seamless coordination between clients, sales teams, and operations to deliver accurate, timely, and efficient order execution while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Fulfilment
- Process sales orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Verify order details including pricing, quantities, delivery timelines, and specifications
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Monitor order status and proactively address delays, discrepancies, or issues
- Handle order amendments, cancellations, and returns efficiently
- Ensure proper documentation (POs, invoices, delivery orders) is maintained and compliant
2. Sales Coordination & Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Track sales pipelines, leads, and follow-ups
- Coordinate client communications regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information
- Support account management activities and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
3. Customer Service & Communication
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders
- Resolve customer issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Liaise between internal departments and external clients to ensure alignment
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customers, and sales activities
- Generate regular reports on order status, sales performance, and KPIs
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Ensure data integrity across systems
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in order processing, sales coordination, or similar role
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach
Preferred Experience
Experience in logistics, construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
