Job description

  • Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel equipment and facilities
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians and oversee their work to maintain a well-functioning hotel infrastructure
  • Conduct regular inspections and identify any issues or areas for improvement, taking prompt action to address them
  • Collaborate with the engineering and housekeeping teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyses maintenance-related data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2-3 years experience at supervisory level, preferably with resort or hotel maintenance background
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia,

  • with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documents

  • ( HIRARC/OSH) and follow the SOP RWA

  • to make sure all on the line and also good relationships.

  • Prepared and do the record as per ISO requirementCommunicate with the contractor and superior
