Job Description
- Responsible to ensure finished good (FG) stock kept at optimum level, with minimum out-of-stock or excess stock problem.
- Analysis historical sales data & trend and work out with sales team to project quarterly/weekly/daily sales demand.
- Managing inventory level by setting up safety stock level, re-order level and max level in system.
- Provide FG weekly inventory re-order report to manufacturing for production planning purpose.
- Liaise with manufacturing and sales department to ensure smooth execution of daily customer sales order’s fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain inventory planning strategies that aligned with company objectives to balance the supply vs. demand, including creating of effective replenishment plans to meet customer demand from time to time.
- Monitoring manufacturing performance on the actual FG received against re-order report.
- Problem solving to address supply chain issues, such as stockout or delivery delayed issue.
- Generate monthly/weekly report as required by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-5 years working experiences as inventory controller or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Ms Excel and knowledge in inventory management tools will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordinating abilities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
