Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations. You will be the "eyes and ears" on the ground, managing site workers and subcontractors to ensure that workmanship meets our high standards and that construction proceeds without delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring workers and subcontractors adhere to approved drawings and methods.

• Material & Equipment Management: Produce detailed Order for Materials/Tools/Equipment/Machineries. Track & Record the receipt, storage, and usage of construction materials and equipment on-site to prevent wastage or shortage.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor/Track/Record daily progress against the project schedule and report any delays or issues immediately to the Project Engineer/Manager.

• Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety rules, ensuring all workers wear proper PPE and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

• Inspections: Conduct joint inspections with consultants and clients for work verification and handovers.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field. Valid CIDB Green Card is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on site supervision experience in Malaysia.

• Skills: Excellent leadership, strong site command, and ability to read structural/architectural drawings accurately.

• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak local dialects or Mandarin is highly preferred for worker coordination.

• Location: Based at our Johor project sites.
