Job Summary

We are seeking an HMI/SCADA Application Engineer to support a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Transformation Program. The role involves analyzing, enhancing, and supporting existing HMI/SCADA applications, particularly Wonderware InTouch, to enable seamless integration between shopfloor systems and MES platforms.

• Analyze and support existing HMI/SCADA applications (e.g., Wonderware InTouch).

• Modify and enhance HMI applications to support MES integration requirements.

• Assist in requirements gathering, impact analysis, and integration assessments.

• Support SIT/UAT testing, data mapping, and signal validation activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve HMI/SCADA-related issues during implementation and rollout.

• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment and post-go-live activities.

• 2–4 years of experience in HMI/SCADA development or support.

• Hands-on experience with Wonderware InTouch or similar HMI/SCADA platforms.

• Understanding of industrial automation concepts and data communication protocols.

• Experience supporting system integration between shopfloor and IT systems.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skillsS

• Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry environments.

• Knowledge of OPC servers, SQL, and SCADA-MES integration architecture.

• Familiarity with Camstar MES, Agile methodologies, or AI-related technologies.
