Job Description:

• Establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system (QMS).

• Plan and conduct ISO internal audits related to QMS, customer’s requirements and quality improvement projects.

• Work with internal departments and suppliers concerned to develop effective corrective actions related to customer’s complaints and correspond with customers on timely basis.

• Work with PIC department on the assessment and qualification of suppliers and subcontractors. Manage suppliers’ performance with regular monitoring and conducting of audits on their production.

• Lead in analysis of causes of quality problems and timely implementation of corrective/preventive action for improvement.

•Carry out analysis of QA reports and make appropriate recommendation or decision as deemed fit.

• Interface with Engineering, Sales, PIC and Operations on the manufacturing processes for new products and lead in its qualification in relation to quality.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related.

• Min 2-3 years of experience with ISO 9000 or ISO 9001:2015 QMS environment.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.

• Possess knowledge of rules and regulations of oil & gas and offshore industry such as ATEX, IECEx and Ex Hazardous Area Equipment safety requirements.

• Working knowledge of International codes (ASME, ANSI, ASTM, IEC, ISO etc.)
