Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project execution from planning to completion

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timeline

• Attend site meetings and prepare project reports

• Ensure works are carried out according to specifications and schedules

• Manage project costing and material coordination.

Requirements

• Preferred candidate that willing to work at Gelang Patah, Johor

• Experience working in Data Center & BMS Project

• Experience in handling construction, electrical, M&E, or industrial projects will be an added advantage.

• Able to manage project schedule, manpower, subcontractors, and site coordination.

• Familiar with project documentation, progress claims, meetings, and reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when required.
