As an Architectural Assistant or Intern at Tan’ck, you will be fully immersed in real-world, large-scale projects. You will work alongside our Principal Associates and Lead Architects to:

• Design & Ideation: Assist in developing conceptual designs, schematic architectural plans, and detailed layouts for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Produce impressive 3D models and high-quality renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.

• Technical Documentation: Support the team in preparing schematic, technical, and construction drawings.

• Material & Vendor Coordination: Conduct material research and engage with suppliers to keep our design library sharp and up-to-date.

• Site & Analysis Support: Participate in site analyses, feasibility studies, and project coordination where necessary.

• Education: Current student or fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (LAM Part I).

• Software Toolkit: Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Skills: Strong design presentation skills, a keen eye for architectural detail, and a stellar portfolio showcasing your university or previous internship work.

• Mindset: A proactive, curious attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work within project timelines.

• Eligibility: Open to Malaysian citizens or those with valid working visas in Malaysia.
