WE ARE HIRING: Product & Solution Engineer (Physical Security & AIoT)

Office base: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Regional Role – Southeast Asia

DeltaFrontier is a leading AIoT and Smart Workspace solution provider, delivering innovative technologies across Southeast Asia. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Product & Solution Engineer to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for professionals who combine strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and are passionate about shaping the future of Physical Security, AIoT, and Smart Building technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Management

• Own and manage assigned product portfolios throughout their lifecycle.
• Act as the technical and commercial champion for distribution products.

Product Sourcing & Vendor Development

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard innovative global technologies and vendors.
• Conduct technical assessments, product benchmarking, and business evaluations.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

• Develop and execute product launch plans.
• Define market positioning, pricing strategies, target verticals, and sales enablement programs.

Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Design

• Support regional sales teams with solution architecture, technical proposals, demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities.
• Design integrated solutions involving Facial Recognition, CCTV, Access Control, Smart Home IoT, Video Analytics, and Smart Building technologies.

Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with global technology partners.
• Monitor vendor performance, support quality, product competitiveness, and delivery capabilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Source a minimum of 4 new strategic products or vendors annually

Execute at least 2 successful product launches per year

Maintain an average vendor performance score of 80/100 or above

Deliver effective technical pre-sales support for major regional opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related disciplines

3–8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Physical Security Systems
• CCTV & Video Surveillance
• Access Control Systems
• Facial Recognition Technologies
• IoT & Smart Building Solutions

Experience in at least two of the following:

• Product Management
• Vendor Management
• Technical Pre-Sales
• Product Distribution Business

Strong solution design, proposal writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work across multiple countries and cultures

Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia when required
