About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of Long-Lead Equipment Sourcing or the Director of Supply Chain and Procurement, you'll manage the end-to-end process that keeps critical equipment moving — from sourcing and order placement through to delivery, handover, and after-sales support. We're open to candidates coming from either an equipment procurement background or a vendor and after-sales management background.

What You'll Do

• Source and procure critical equipment across electrical, mechanical, or ELV categories — or manage vendor relationships across the post-award lifecycle.

• Prepare RFQs, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and manage purchase orders through to delivery.

• Coordinate with logistics for international shipments, customs clearance, and on-site delivery scheduling.

• Manage post-delivery activities where relevant: warranty claims, service coordination, and technical handover documentation.

• Track actual versus estimated costs and maintain clear visibility on supplier performance.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years in procurement, vendor management, or after-sales support — in data center, construction, or capital equipment environments.

• Familiarity with at least one critical equipment category: electrical systems, MVAC, or ELV infrastructure.

• SAP or equivalent ERP experience preferred.

• Strong communicator — comfortable with technical teams and senior stakeholders alike.

• Organised, thorough, and dependable under tight timelines.
