Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of the company's IT infrastructure, including operating systems, servers, security tools, email systems, applications, desktops, laptops, software, and hardware.
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Microsoft Windows operating systems and commonly used business applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, WPX, and other related software.
Deliver reliable technical support and solutions to enhance system performance, user productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
Support the implementation of IT best practices, cybersecurity measures, and technology improvements to meet evolving business needs.
Contribute to a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment that supports the company's daily operations and long-term growth.
Support the daily operations of the IT department to ensure optimal system performance, network availability, and operational reliability.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printers, and telecommunication equipment.
Analyze user requirements, identify system issues and vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and security.
Perform software installations, updates, and upgrades, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical support, guidance, and user training to employees on hardware and software applications.
Manage and maintain IT assets, including asset registration, inventory tracking, procurement coordination, storage of faulty equipment, and asset disposal activities.
Research, evaluate, and recommend IT infrastructure enhancements and technology solutions that align with business needs.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with at least 1–2 years of experience in IT support will have an added advantage.
Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, printers, network/Wi-Fi infrastructure, and firewall management.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and email systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with AutoCount 2.0 will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of server administration, antivirus solutions, backup management, system monitoring, and disaster recovery processes is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support users effectively.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
