Principle Responsibilities & duties

1.     Testing Execution:

·       Assist in the planning and execution of compliance testing activities across various business units.

·       Assist in develop and maintain testing methodologies, checklists and documentation.

·       Assist in ensuring thorough documentation of testing procedures, findings and recommendations

·       Assist in conducting root cause analysis of compliance issues and work with business units to develop corrective action plans.

2.     Risk Identification and Assessment:

·       Identify potential compliance risks during testing activities and report findings to the CT Manager.

·       Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements where necessary.

·       Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies based on testing outcomes.

3.     Reporting and Documentation:

·       Prepare concise and accurate reports on testing outcomes, highlighting key issues and recommended actions.

·       Maintain detailed records of all testing activities and ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

4.     Collaboration and Communication:

·       Work closely with business units to gather necessary information and understand the processes being tested.

·       Communicate testing findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with the Internal Audit and Risk Management departments to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance and risk management.

5.     Continuous Improvement:

·       Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance testing methodologies remain current and effective.

·       Assist in the development and refinement of testing methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance testing activities.

6.     Training Development:

·       Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of compliance requirements and testing techniques.

·       Contribute to the development and delivery of training sessions for business units to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
