Responsibilities

• Open and close the outlet according to SOPs
• Lead daily operations
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
• Manage cash reconciliation and daily reporting
• Monitor inventory and stock ordering
• Train and coach team members
• Handle customer service issues professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of F&B or retail operations experience preferred
• Experience with opening and closing procedures
• Experience with inventory and cash handling
• Experience supervising staff
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Comfortable working weekends and public holidays
• WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification required
