What We Expect From You
- Load and arrange amenities (toiletries, linens, garbage bags, etc.) into the company vehicle for delivery.
- Independently plan efficient routes for laundry pickup and delivery to housekeepers.
- Maintain the company vehicle in good working condition, ensuring cleanliness and routine checks.
- Update the Head of Department on the status of assigned tasks and deliveries.
Daily Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Management & Maintenance
- Keep an accurate logbook of transport assignments and mileage.
- Complete vehicle checklists at the start and end of each shift.
- Ensure that gas tanks of company vehicles are filled at the end of each shift.
- Report any vehicle breakdowns promptly to the Head of Department for repair coordination.
- Ensure company vehicles are well taken care of at all times, both mechanically and cosmetically.
- Possess basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and servicing when required.
- Abide by all road safety rules and regulations.
2. Transport & Safety
- Be familiar with surrounding areas to perform transfers to any destination efficiently.
- Ensure all safety equipment is stocked in the vehicle before any journey.
- Take full responsibility for the safety, belongings, and well-being of passengers during transportation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest and company information.
- Demonstrate a good sense of direction to complete transfers with minimum delays or difficulty.
3. Delivery & Logistics & Ad-Hoc Arrangements
- Deliver urgent items (linens, toiletries, replacement equipment, etc.) directly to guests or housekeepers as instructed.
- Prioritize and manage delivery deadlines to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Oversee logistics related to the movement of inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Handle ad-hoc transport or delivery requests as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience, preferably in hospitality or logistics.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks when required.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and on-call for ad-hoc arrangements.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
