We are a freight forwarding company currently transitioning between systems. We are hiring a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to support this transition by manually entering shipment data from our existing (old) system into our new system, which is currently under testing and development.


What you'll be doing
• Accurately input and update data entries into the company's databases and systems.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Report any inconsistencies, missing data, or system errors encountered during entry.
• Coordinate with internal staff for clarification on shipment details if needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor


What we're looking for
• Proficient in data entry and typing, with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Familiarity with freight forwarding terminology (a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Available to work on-site
