Job Responsibilities
Responsible for management of spare parts whether picking orders or locating spares parts within the warehouse
Manage warehouse and store inventory to keep it organized
Check and inspect incoming parts are correct and follow proper receiving process
Arrange for outgoing deliveries, freights and shipments
Perform physical tasks involved in receiving, distributing of spares/consumables to operation team
Perform quarterly inventory check to ensure inventory accuracy
Support Operation Team for urgent spare parts collection/ disposal of items etc.
Maintain Proper record of issuing of spares/ consumables
Good team player
Job Requirements
Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in technical administrative field or equivalent
Good written and oral communication skills
Experience in similar role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidates who hold a Driving License will be advantageous
