What The Role Is

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join the Development Services Group in carrying out infrastructure planning and project management.

What You Will Be Working On

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical design and engineering inputs for the development of areas and implementation of infrastructure. You will also carry out infrastructure projects and project-manage infrastructure projects that support Government Land Sales programmes.

What We Are Looking For

• Preferably 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering
• Good understanding of civil and structural engineering works with in-depth knowledge in infrastructural and service planning and implementation. Able to work with agencies in finalising infrastructure’s requirements and resolving technical issues.
• Project management skills to develop design brief into a set of detailed design, prepare tender specifications and supervising manpower, plan and monitor site progress and carry out supervision and contract administration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good writing and presentation skills
• A good team player who is also able to work independently
