QA/QC Executive / Engineer (Road Construction)

1. Quality Inspection

• Ensure all road construction activities comply with JKR specifications, project requirements, and approved drawings.
• Conduct site inspections for earthworks, subgrade, roadbase, drainage, and asphalt paving works.
• Identify and report any non-conformance issues.

2. Material Testing & Quality Control

• Monitor and coordinate testing activities such as:
• Field Density Test (FDT)
• CBR Test
• Concrete Cube Test
• Asphalt Marshall Test
• Verify that test results meet project specifications and quality standards.

3. QA/QC Documentation

• Prepare and maintain quality records, including:
• Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
• Request for Inspection (RFI)
• Test Reports
• Material Approval Documents
• NCR (Non-Conformance Reports)
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and project handover.

4. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with JKR standards, ISO 9001 requirements, and client specifications.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve quality performance.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per hour
