Roles & Responsibilities

Cost Estimation .Invoicing . Project Management . Budget Planning .Construction Schedule and Planning .Communicate with different Disciplines .Problem-solving .Generating Job Packs and Test Packages .Creating Work Method of Statements c/w Risk Assessment. Developing Strategies to improve Company performance,Provide supports to execute MOC (Management of Change) jobs, shutdown job, revamping and turnaround job and to ensure job is executed as standard and specifications.

Developing Work method of statement, Job safety analysis, Risk Assessment.

•⁠ ⁠Project schedule planning, material procurement schedule and planning

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all construction is done according to contract specifications and construction drawings.

•⁠ ⁠Guiding workers in works

•⁠ ⁠Willing to work on Sunday & Night shift

•⁠ ⁠Attend Coordinating Meeting with customers to present products/services, discuss feedback, and resolve any issue.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor work progress and feedback to project Maneger

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge and exprience in handlling electrical works

Requirements;

•⁠ ⁠Supervisory experience on-site

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently with a positive attitude

•⁠ ⁠Hardworking and good working attitude

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
