About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Typist / General Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, correspondence, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Typing and formatting letters, reports, tender documents, contracts, and other office documents.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assisting in document compilation, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Organising and maintaining both hardcopy and electronic filing systems.
- Providing general administrative support to management and technical teams.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
- Form 5 fresh graduate are encourage to apply
