• 維持工廠正常運作及產品生產。
• 制度的推行。
• 原物料/產品檢驗與分析。
• 執行基本設備維護與保養。
• 協助建立文件標準化程序/步驟/改善。
• 製程設備故障原因分析與改善。
• 生產效率的改善與提昇。
• 廠內進/出貨管理。
• 庫存及生產報表管理。
• 完成其他主管交辦事項。
