Role: System Analyst

Job Requisition Number: IS-TBC

Job Level: 6-9 years of relevant experience (L3)

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze business requirement in within Payment and Core bank ( RBK/BWC)  project team to focus in formulating conceptual business requirements into functional requirements through various elicitation techniques for various payment enhancements.
• Successful candidate should have knowledge/experience in performing business analysis for payment/Corebank application management. .
• Manage and analyse business requirement in Core Banking systems focusing on PAYMENTs(SWIFT, Paynow, Duitnow, promptpay, etc)  and translate BRD into solution design.
• Work closely with Application lead/Vendors provide estimation man days and Functional Specification.
• With knowledge in AS400 and SIBS applications to design and implement our Customer Demographics System, analyzing customer data to inform business decisions.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis, system integration, and software development on the AS400 platform, with knowledge of SIBS
• applications.
• The System Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a robust system that drives business growth through data-driven insights, leveraging their technical expertise in AS400 and SIBS
• Conduct Functional Specification and Traceability review with business and test team

Key Requirements:

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

·       At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

·        Have background knowledge of Banking Technology(Deposit, Loans, Payment, Wealth) of Core banking.

·       Able to learn new product domain knowledge.

·       5-7 years of relevant experience in Customer Demographics/Wealth Management. Silverlake Banking system knowledge is an added advantage.

·       Good analytical skills and agile in handling multiple streams of demands from business.

·       Experience in dealing with different teams with diverse backgrounds/units.

·       Knowledge of waterfall and agile development management model, challenge the normal.

·       Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

·       Excellent verbal , written and presentation skills.

Technical Skills:

·       Preferable RPG/Cobol experience

·       Red Hat Linux, Shell Script, Java

·       Key Skills: ASP. Net MVC using C#, Web API, Entity Framework, ELSA Framework, IBM MQ, Connect: Direct technologies
