Duties/Responsibilities:

· Leading project planning sessions.

· Coordinating staff and internal resources.

· Managing project progress and adapt work as required.

· Ensuring projects meet deadlines.

· Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Designing and signing off on contracts.

· Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

· Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.

· Designing risk mitigation plan.

· Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.

· Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.

· Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.

·Managing large and diverse teams.

·      To understand the technical requirements of the customer and to interpret the same in both hardware and software.

·      Worked directly with customers and end-users for requirement gathering.

·      Actively involved in pre-engineering works and design phase of the project.

·      Design of System Architecture, Networking topology, hardware & software BOM and technical Proposal.

·      Preparing the Front-End Engineering Design for SCADA like FDS, HDS, System Architecture.

·      Participated in the Engineering review activity for the projects periodically to identify gaps and decide the corrective actions to ensure on time delivery.

·      Effectively communicating with customers and team members to recommend potential quality and efficiency improvements, share technical knowledge and report technical problems.

·      Maintaining all the project documentation up to date.

·      Offer on-site leadership assistance for project development, testing, and commissioning to ensure timely delivery.

·      Involve in software development, testing, and troubleshooting before final transfer to customer location.

·      To lead the Software/Hardware Systems Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).

·      Prepare detailed Engineering project plan, method of statement, tie-in procedures for all phase of project.

·      Providing instant technical support (In-house and Remote) for the smooth maintenance and better efficiency of the plant.

·      Software installation & configuration.

·      Generation of Test Specification Documents for Control Modules, Equipment Modules, Phases and Recipes.

·      Involved in development and testing Control Modules, Equipment Modules, Phases and Recipes.

·      Developing New Dynamos, Symbols, creating faceplates & graphics for process control based on P&ID.

·      Dashboard Development based on customer needs.

·      Complex PID Loop Tuning.

·      Alarms, Trends configuration.

·      User configuration as per customer requirement.

·      Customized Report creation configuration.

·      Operator station configuration as per customer requirement.

·      Commissioning andFunctionality test of the system.

·      Third Party system interface using Modbus, TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet and OPC etc.

·      Provide training to the end user operation, maintenance & engineering team.
