About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily business operations

· Coordinate with different departments (e.g., sales, HR, logistics)

· Develop and implement operational policies

· Monitor performance and report to senior management

· Manage budgets and schedules

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

· 2–3 years of experience in operations or a similar role

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and operations software

· Must be available to work night shifts

Nice to Have:
