M&E Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated M&E Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality mechanical and electrical works across construction projects in Singapore. This position offers hands‑on project exposure, stakeholder collaboration, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all M&E works on site, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and project timelines.

• Review and prepare M&E designs, drawings, and submissions (shop drawings, Revit BIM coordination, as‑built, and construction drawings).

• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical challenges and align deliverables.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing issues proactively.

• Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Manage project documentation including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.

• Support procurement activities by sourcing and securing M&E materials and equipment.

• Assist in testing, commissioning, and smooth handover of completed M&E systems.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in M&E or related construction industries in Singapore.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit is an advantage.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Problem‑Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on site.

• Safety Awareness: Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

• Other Attributes: Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
