We’re hiring across two distinct teams:
Sky Bar — Fast-paced, high-energy, and social. Perfect if you love a buzz and thrive in a busy, feel-good atmosphere with a view
Club Lounge — VIP service, late-night energy, and an electric atmosphere. Made for those who come alive when the night begins and the music turns up.
THE ROLE
As a Bartender at CÉ LA VI, you go beyond mixing drinks — you craft the guest experience. You’ll deliver attentive, personalized service, anticipate what guests need before they ask, and ensure every cocktail reflects the standard that has made CÉ LA VI a celebrated luxury destination. Whether you’re shaking up refreshers for the afternoon crowd, stirring classics for restaurant guests, or providing high-volume service to the VIP tables, the energy and craft you bring are everything.
YOU’RE THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU...
Have 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality or luxury bar environment.
Are a natural people-person — warm, approachable, and genuinely passionate about guest engagement.
Have a deep understanding of spirits, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Stay calm, focused, and professional no matter how busy the service gets.
Take pride in a clean, organized bar and have a sharp eye for visual flair and presentation.
Are available for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts — especially if the late-night energy of the club lounge is your specialty.
