• Monitor live application performance, troubleshoot daily system alerts, and design robust workarounds or code modifications to maintain production uptime.

skills and experience required.

• Diploma/degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technology discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience with Java/Python/Perl.
