Job Scope:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and identifying potential business opportunities before passing them to the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries and warm leads to maintain engagement and support conversion efforts.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and lead updates within the CRM/database system.
- Achieve daily and weekly KPIs related to call volume, lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion targets.
- Prepare basic sales activity reports while maintaining professional and effective communication with prospective customers at all times.
