Assist project engineer carry out supervisory roles on the day to day operation on the site

Supervise the sub-contractors work progress on site according to the work schedule

Checking on the quality of material to ensuring of workmanship to achieve the target of schedules.

Lead a team of inspectors and to handle incoming, in-process and finished goods issues in a timely and orderly manner.

Assist project engineer coordinate and oversee all the structural / architectural works on site

Assist engineer monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site

Arrange manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations.

Resolve site issues and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients.

Maintain site records, work schedules, and progress reports.

Ensure compliance with local building regulations and project requirements.
Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

In-change and supervise a team of the migrant worker daily operation work

Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices
