What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and follow up on outstanding items
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for project progress updates
Support documentation management, templates, filing, and version control
Assist in developing SOPs, checklists, and process documentation
Manage SharePoint and digital filing systems for project information
Coordinate meetings, schedules, logistics, and prepare meeting materials
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Consolidate project updates for internal reporting and stakeholder communication
Process procurement-related matters such as purchase requisitions, reimbursements, and vendor payments
Support sustainability-related initiatives and administrative operations
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Built Environment, or related fields
2–5 years of experience in administration, operations, project coordination, or support functions
Experience in healthcare, facilities, infrastructure, or regulated environments is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SharePoint familiarity preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
