Acts as the first point of contact for process-related issues
Assist engineer to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production
Assist in creating a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement
Ensure production work instruction is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process
Participate in Kaizen activities
Provide trainings over work instruction to production.
To support on the NPI Process and production on mass run
Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)


Requirements:


Strong process knowledge with a good understanding of process workflows
Prefer candidates from a relevant manufacturing environment
Knowledge in BOM management – Agile (Ability to interpreting BOM) is advantage
Able to identify issues from BOM
Able to follow up and resolve issues BOM-related issues
Have experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) is advantage
Good team player
Ability to work with Peers, engineers, and superiors
Able to multi-task & work under pressure
Able to work 12 hours shift
