The QC Inspector is responsible for verifying incoming components and completing the inspection process according to the requirements set by the customer. They are tasked with identifying potential issues, documenting said issue, and routing the product to the next step of the verification process.

Ensure incoming parts matches with purchase order and customer requirements.

Verify product description with data sheet requirements for product verification

Record product information into receiving systems

Process non-conforming product according to quality management standard.

Perform labelling of product for packaging according to customers' requirements.

Assist in retrieving stock for shipment

Prepare and complete inspection reports

Resolve any discrepancies

Support quality processes and procedures as required.
Requirements

Possess a minimum of two years' inspection experience preferably with electronic components.

Demonstrated experience working in computer operations.

Ability to follow all health and safety procedures / regulations as dictated by Rand and the state.

Proficient knowledge of keyboards, processors, etc.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to read and write in English.
