Coming on board as a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all facility operations activities within the manufacturing plant. Your role is to ensures that all infrastructure systems, utilities, and building services operate safely, efficiently, and reliably to support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall operation and maintenance of manufacturing plant facilities, buildings, and infrastructure.
- Ensure facilities systems support production requirements with maximum uptime and reliability.
- Oversee maintenance of building structures, mechanical and electrical systems lighting and power systems.
- Manage and maintain all building infrastructure and facility systems within the company premises.
- Ensure building structures, flooring, lighting, plumbing, and utilities are maintained in good operating condition.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office areas, production floors, warehouses, and common area.
- Manage operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems and HVAC infrastructure.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Air conditioning compressors.
- Supervise operation and maintenance of cooling towers, chillers, and related cooling systems.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical wiring, distribution boards, and power supply systems.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of fire protection and fire alarm systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems.
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years' experience in facilities or building maintenance management.
- Experience managing HVAC, cooling systems, electrical infrastructure, and fire protection systems.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities preferred.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
