About Winco Design:
Winco Design creates premium retail environments and visual merchandising for global brands across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination & Execution Support:
Assist the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in coordinating retail design and production projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Documentation & Tracking:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including quotations, schedules, material lists, production records, and progress reports. Track project timelines and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
Internal Team Coordination:
Liaise with Design, Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Installation teams to ensure accurate information flow and proper execution of project requirements.
Supplier & Production Follow-up:
Support vendor and factory coordination by following up on samples, materials, production schedules, and delivery arrangements.
Client Communication Support:
Assist in preparing presentation materials, meeting notes, and project updates. Participate in client meetings when required to ensure alignment and proper follow-up.
Quality & Detail Control:
Help ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and internal quality requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline; qualifications from VTC or equivalent institutions are also accepted.
Fresh graduates welcome, with structured training provided.
Minimum 1–2 years in project coordination, production support, or related roles. Hands-on experience in engineering installation, such as furniture installation and shop fitting, is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and coordinate effectively with site teams is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors, and to collaborate with colleagues from diverse nationalities across global teams.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward taking on new challenges.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic documentation management.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Work with international luxury brands, requiring fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Occasional overnight assignments for global brand projects.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Project Coordinator.
